Has anyone used one hand Co-Sleeper?

We are thinking of getting one for this baby - I'm not sure whether it is worthwhile, because we have a Crib and can sit next to our bed. Thanks!

I have one. Let me first say that my husband is deployed, so I'm the only sleeping in bed. But it becomes busy once you start to have more than you. Unless you have a king size bed (mine is the queen). From my experience a baby will be more comfortable to be near his mother. Nights I never got so bad because my baby was comfortable. Although beyond the person who sleeps very fast. So is $ 40 worth it? If you already have a crib, I stick with it.

Training the arms and legs with these easy exercises

Easy exercises everyone can work for the arms and legs.

Reach

It is a very simple exercise. Stand straight, and just get as high as you can. Switch back and forth between arms. Do about 15 of these.

Curls

Like sit ups, push-ups have been around for a while. Lie on your stomach, and, using your fingers to make sure, push yourself up with your arms. The trick to this is to keep your back straight. As you come down, make sure that the only thing that touches the ground is the nose. Start with 5 to increase as you better.

Wall Push Ups

Wall push ups are a little easier bending of soil. Stand 12 inches from the wall with feet apart. Place hands on the wall and bend your elbows. Now he pushes off the wall, keeping your back straight. No 5-10 of these.

Behind the back stretch

This is another simple exercise. Stand up and reached behind his back with arms, hands clasped. Now bend at the waist, and reach your arms toward the head as much as possible. Hold this for a few seconds, then repeat 5 times.

Windmills

This is another easy task. Simply stand with your arms side. Now make circles with your arms. Try to maintain this pace for 30 seconds.

Chair Dips

This exercise really tone those arms. Sit on a sturdy chair, and put your hands in the front corners of the chair. Slide forward until the ass is no longer in the seat and arms you wear. Now as far down as you can, then you pick up a backup. This is a difficult so start with 3, and work from there.

Outside the shorts! These next exercises will help to add tone and shape your legs and make them look great!

Wall Sits

For this, start by standing with your back against the wall and feet apart and about 15 inches from the wall. It descends in a position sit, and hold for 15-30 seconds. Back to walk and relax for 30 seconds. This is another tough, so start with only 3.

Abdominal Ballet

This exercise will make you feel like a dancer standing with your feet comfortably apart, toes turned slightly outward. Keep your back straight and slowly bend his knees over toes (Be sure not to extend beyond the toes knees). Stand up straight again, and repeat this 5-10 times.

Hamstring stretches

This exercise will stretch your hamstrings (this is the area behind the leg above the knee). Start by standing and extends an leg out in front of the other leg (about l0 inches). Now lift your toes and digging your heel into the ground. Keep your leg slightly bent, and put his hands on the thigh of the rear leg for support. Hold this for 10-15 seconds. Change legs and repeat 5-10 times.

Hamstring curls

For this exercise, stand up and stay on a couch or chair for support. Slowly lift one heel toward your ass, and then left. Make sure your other leg is slightly bent but not locked. Repeat this 12-15 times with each leg.

Hamstring Hug

This is another year of great hamstring. Sit in a chair or sofa and put his hands under her right thigh. Pull the knee toward your chest, then extend your leg in front of you. Repeat with other leg, and make 3-5 lifts per leg.

Balancing Leg lifts

Finger Sitting toe raises

Here's another simple but effective exercise. Sit on a sofa or chair and put both feet on the ground. Now, keeping your heels on the floor, lift your toes up as far as I go and keep them there for 5 seconds. Repeat 10-15 times.

Thigh Lifts

For this exercise, you can on the couch. One leg at a time, lift your leg (still bent) toward your chest as far as it will go, and then back again. Alternate legs and repeat 10-15 times.

Pick Up Ball

You will need a small ball or toy for this exercise. Sit in a chair with your feet on the ground, and the pillow between your feet. Now slowly lift the pillow, feet, legs stretched out in front of you. Put your feet down and repeat this 10 to 15 times.

Sideways leg lifts

For this exercise, lie on the right side, and get up to the elbows. The right leg should be slightly tilted the balance. Now lift your left leg as high as you can and bring it back down. Do 10 to 15 in each leg.

Sit Down Stand Up

This exercise is as simple as it sounds. Find a business back in his chair and getting in and out repeatedly. Make sure to keep your back straight and push with both legs simultaneously. Do this 5-10 times.

Sitting Stretches

These stretches are classics, but have you been for so long because they work. Simply sit on the floor with your legs straight and extended until they can go. Kick Your Bum
