My husband is the best-friend and my family were guests of the house for most of last week. They were invited for my husband's birthday and since I came from out of town stayed a few days. The last time we were here one of my cats peed on the bed they were, I cleaned promptly and correctly. This time the cat did it again, however, I was busy with the baby and could not take care of it immediately. Said to be cleaned. I figured that there was a strip of bed and pour the enzyme cleaner on the mattress. The next day the blankets were the same, so I figured had been washed. Do not wash at all, left everything as it was flipped over the mattress, was a quilt I made for my baby instead of a blade and used the same cover (which smelled like pee). 4 days later when I realized that was not cleaned, I am now struggling to get the smell out. What should I tell? This is unusual for a cat, and left the door open.
Just tell them I thought they said they would take care of it like they said. You should not feel wrong.
