Revenge Is Sweet! S2 ep.5 (nelena story)
Parents want to protect their children when circumstances arise surprising. If the utility service has been discontinued or it has been unexpectedly caught, there are ways be prepared.
PREPARATION Do not panic
The temptation to panic is dangerous when in an emergency (Reference: State of 3 survive). The Young children are sensitive to their mood and will be altered if they are upset. Their efforts to be prepared will give you the confidence you need to reassure their children.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE ROUTINE
Identifying opportunities to establish a semblance of a routine on the day of their children. This will give them a sense of stability and prove they were still able to function as father and protector.
ENTERTAINMENT
When you find yourself isolated, the ability to have fun is a necessity. Batteries and generators that will probably not be available for games. Keep a supply of ships on hand: crayons, markers, paper, clay, scissors, tape, etc. Take time to introduce your kids to board games, dolls, toy cars, blocks, puzzles and reading so that they are welcome "old friends" if they need entertainment. It is also advisable to keep stocked educational materials (items like workbooks, cards, pencils, reference books, etc.) when you encounter organized education is no longer an option.
PREPARE FOR GOOD HEALTH
Your dental health and other health conditions must be fulfilled while having access to remedies and treatments. Instead of abandoning those annoying aches and pains, take steps to remedy for they are not a factor in an emergency. If you require certain medications, make sure you have an offer in stock. Keep a close feeding, sleep patterns and cleanliness of their loved ones in order to detect and treat the disease early and decisive. Instead of focusing on their own challenges, taking some time to become a student others so you will be the first to recognize when someone in your party is being undermined by the circumstances.
Cultivate a taste for real food
Tomorrow's health is affected by the choice of today's foods. Children who are trained to be picky eaters could harm themselves by refusing to consume the necessary nutrients. Taste buds can be trained to appreciate a variety of tastes and textures available in real food, but this can be difficult if the palette is committed to processed foods and sugars. Take time to introduce children to a wide range of food. The basic preparation of food and real nutrition must become topical issues for learning and teaching at home.
Children's and Baby Care
Babies do not need a lot of equipment to be healthy and safe in an emergency. The pacifiers, disposable diapers, music players, inflatable chairs, Cribs and carriers are modern conveniences, not necessities. What do babies need is food which is kept warm and dry.
Breastfeeding is a learned skill. Breastfeeding is a good investment of time, as it is beneficial to both mother and child. This ensures that younger members your family will have an easy (and portable) food supply if they are unable to guarantee the formula. For bottle-fed babies will have to keep the formula in stock.
Infants are unable to regulate body temperature and should be protected from extremes of heat or cold. In summer, protect babies direct sun. An umbrella is a good tool for this. Children can be protected from the cold by dressing in layers. Zippered fleece sleepers may be placed on the thermal underwear long for the heat of the night. Sharing a bed with several people also help keep warm at night everyone. Wool socks, hats and zippered sweaters can keep the babies warm during the day.
CLEANING
When water is scarce or very cold temperatures are not necessary to enjoy the luxury of a daily bath. Find the warmest area of your living space and teach each child how quickly wash face, hands, feet and soldiers every day. Before meals, have them wash their hands. This is important for healthy hygiene in rustic conditions. Explain to older children the importance of a latrine good standing and show them how to dispose of waste, and far from residential areas.
SKILLS
Children who have acquired skills life will be safer in unfamiliar situations. Teaching your children how to buy, shares of a pantry, pitch a tent, build a fire camp, sewing, small engine repair, perform CPR, first aid, garden and swimming is an investment. Understand how do during a fire drill, how to defend against an attack and have practiced other scenarios are real confidence builders. These children have a plan and are no more prone to panic.
Do homework for part of your life will help your children avoid panic when times are crucial. Instead of facing the unknown with despair, you will have a smaller plan and know what to expect. These measures help families cope with the uncertainty with force.
