If this is her 4th child and have never had a shower, you have one?
I've never had a baby shower .... I was 18 and nobody was very excited when my son was born, a family member here and there I bought things, but no shower. My twin sons were born in 07, I work in a hospital, no shower, but My church gave me a small shower (6 people including the pastor, his wife, me, and her husband.) My family bought things here and there for them and bought the rest.This baby is a girl, I'm almost 20 weeks and tend to have premature babies at 34-35 weeks, so I do not know when it would be best to have one. She is due Jan. 24. Of course, I will not ask anyone to give me a shower, but bad desire to have one? I think every child should have one if the first, 4, or 10! I'm not much for a girl, besides some clothes I bought. I still need nursery furniture / bedding from my twins still use the theirs, and some other things but definitely not want to be greedy!
My sister still has not get one until her third pregnancy. If not greedy, of course it deserves a baby shower. I would consider having one in early December just in case your little get there early.

Preparing the nursery for the twins
There are some elements that you need two. Even if you have decided on co-bedding, eventually need two Cribs, and I would recommend at least six sets of Crib bedding.
