I need help planning a student / child / baby shower moms!?
We are planning a baby shower for a mid-December November. However, we would like the "theme" to rollover more in the holiday spirit than the spirit of the baby pink and blue. The husband's parents and close friends, and some children will be invited (to keep the brothers new employees). We're taking home and be approx. 30-40 people. Some people can only stay a short time. Heres some details .... We are serving a Thanksgiving / Christmas Dinner Buffet. We has two rooms to work with ... Living and Family Room. We are setting up round tables in the LR and leave the existing furniture in FR. Any idea how to set the tables, created FR, ideas for games, prizes, anything would be greatly appreciated. We would like this so special for us as it is for the guests. Thank you for your time and ideas!

This will allow men to "be men" and allow women to gossip and chat about whatever, while children can be children only. Make your place settings with little baby Santa hats or sleds so everyone knows where seated. If you have a Christmas tree shop around - go there! You'll find everything you need and more. I do not think we really have to do something different in the family room if you are using existing bedding. Perhaps the Chipmunks Christmas game CD? Something kiddish but still around the holidays. Mix with a little things Adult (Kenny G is always a good background music). Good luck!
