As mentioned in Part I of this series, three (3) main areas where it would be advisable to consider using specific strategies designed to help improve their profits, limit risks, or both.
1. Program Selection
2. Portfolio Management
3. Money Management
My previous article explored Program selection. Now let's look at the second primary area of concern for portfolio management.
2. Management Portfolio
Everyone tells you to diversify and they are right, you must, but that's not the end of the story.
How many programs should be diversified? If you are in the care of navigation programs, make sure you do not diversify so much that it takes too much time to get all your surfing in most programs require to navigate through their ads on a daily basis and do so quickly you can reduce your ROI. Also, do not diversify to the point where you have difficulty getting track your portfolio.
Many people say that to enter the bottom of the site return on investment because they last longer. That's a little misleading, in reality. If a site is paying a 2% daily ROI, then only needs to survive in half the time you pay 1% per day. But we must also take into account that "time is money" and the longer you have to wait to get their benefits, things are more expensive in terms of risk and overall performance.
Another thing to understand is the principle of diminishing returns when adding programs to your portfolio. In other words, when it spread the risk of being in a program to be in two programs, you reduce the risk by 50%. Add another program only to reduce their risk by 33% and a fourth program to reduce the risk of only 25% additional.
So you can see every program that add to its portfolio of offerings less and less in terms of reducing your overall risk. Ideally, you probably 10-20 should be diversified into different programs. Try to be in five programs, at least. Too many people put all their eggs in one basket, because I love with the program. This is a classic scenario for disaster. Do not let happen to you.
There is a difference between supporting programs that are members and their protection against the traffickers and rumors in forums, as opposed to blindly believe in a program despite all the red flags.
What kind of red flags? Good question. When should you exit a program? The most reliable indicator of a unique program to fail delinquencies. The best way to monitor this indicator is to see what says people in the forums or in your favorite monitoring service (eg ROIDetectives.com)
