When to start preparing for the baby so the placement of the crib and the crib, etc?
My 1st born was 3 weeks before and even not take into account when creating the cradle etc. Just out of curiosity, when others put her crib in her room to prepare for the baby?! You never know how they could arrive early! 
I am only 6 months. now ... but I'm anxious to get ready!
