Do you allow your baby to sleep in bed with you?
My son is almost 3 weeks old and not sleeping in his Crib at all! He also has colic and the only thing that calms and allows us both to sleep is to stay hugged and shook with the mother. I sleep on my side with craddle in my arms, I'm sure I never would roll over him. Im wondering if other mothers sleep with their babies.
Of course. My son sleeps very hugged me and always! Babies need more contact and comfort of a lot of people think. Have been warm and safe in the womb for nine months and then suddenly in this big world. Is still needed. Sleeping alone is not something you should never force your baby to do IMO. It is cruel. Not to mention that babies who sleep alone have a much higher risk of SIDS than babies that co-sleeping. Also co-sleeping babies usually develop faster because they sleep more and better quality rest. Your baby will not sleep in his bed forever grow out of it on their own time and before who does not love looking down at that sweet face, sleep and know that they are happy and safe? When your baby grow up I want recommend a bed rail so you do not have to worry about it getting out of bed.
