Distribution
In 2005, Koch Records and then vice diplomatic records A & R signed an agreement DukeDaGod for the release Dipset: More Than Music. Also in 2005, when founder Cam'ron Roc-A-Fella/Island/Def separated from Jam and signed a distribution deal with Asylum, which also ensures that his records be released under the "Diplomat" label, while ensuring future albums Diplomatic group under Koch. President Freekey Zekey label also released her debut album on the label diplomatic asylum from the distribution. In addition to agreement with Koch to release "Beyond the Music" album, co-founder Jim Jones threw his first three albums on Koch in partnership with Diplomat. Juelz Santana also threw his first two albums under diplomatic distribution of Def Jam, until his contract as a soloist with "Diplomat Records was sold to Def Jam for Cam'ron. In a 2008 interview, diplomat and member 40 Cal confirmed signing more labels than the individual members are and were distributed for the moment, including JR Writer is distributed under Babygrande Records, despite earlier reports listed him as it is distributed, like many others on the label of diplomatic through Koch.
