ideas for baby nursery?

im 7 months pregnant and im starting to create a baby nursery. im very very creative but in times like this i really dont have much ideas because i dont know my baby's gender yet. i'll have my ultrasound on my 8th month with my husband. i cannot have ultrasound now because he is not here and i want to see my baby's gender with him.. thats why im stil waiting. please suggest colors for the walls and cabinets and bedding / curtain designs. thank you.

We waited until birth to find out genders on both, so we had to decorate rather neutrally as well. For our first one, the room had a ceiling that was some sort of Porter paint Wine color (to me, it was a darker shade of red, but not quite burgundy). The walls are a butter color. My mother and grandmother made all the Crib bumpers and such, with material my wife had picked out. The rocker's material matched the ceiling. Beautiful.

For the second room, it is a light shade of green on the walls.
