Need advice on the use of high heels?

I have not used the heels (two inches and three inches) long in my life due to the fact that it was very heavy and my back would not take it. But I lost a lot of weight like to wear them for a wedding in August. I bought the heels (three-inch open toe) and have been practicing in them, walking on a carpet and hardwood floors. Are there exercises, advice or if your using more than six hours? Is there some kind of inserts that I can buy to make them more comfortable for long periods of time? I'm getting very good to walk on them with grace and ease. Thanks for any help.

Hello beautiful sister! Congratulations on your weight loss! Yes you can buy cushioned inserts .... You can also buy gels that can be put in the fridge or just used as is to better address their feet .... They are large and use much more comfortable high heels! We are in different countries so that will do nothing good to give you a brand ... just ask at your local drug store or shoe store! Also regularly take them off ((for example, under the table cloth and bathroom! and stretching exercises with your feet!)) I alos found that keep your feet soft and flexible making them more pleasant to carry .... if your feet are dry and cracked it hurts more ..... Have fun and congratulations again! Blessed be! Fireworks: 5 Tips to cut your own rocket Sticks

Planning a firework display? Learn how to make your own rocket length sticks of wood. Custom clubs can make your rocket fly straighter and taller - and save money!

Tip 1: Get materials appropriate

For this easy DIY project all you need is a table of the saw blade and a straight piece of lightweight wood.

• Table saw: You need a good quality with a high quality saw fence to cut straight narrow bands.
• Blades: Buy the best quality you can afford a carpenter shop. The best option is a ripping blade as you cut along the wood.
• Wood: All wood free of knots straight grain can be used but should be reasonably light and strong. Think of pine and poplar.
