Best, Computer, Software: Adobe Photo Shop / Corell, scanner, printer, electronic editing ...?
I also want to a children's book, with illustrations of my own and want to use traditional drawing and painting methods of electronic design with a mixture of two, if you like. Obviously I'm self taught. I had these in Peru and in fact some brochures with Adobe and Corel then sent to the printers on a CD. But I never used before.Any my own art I could help with any part of this?
I use Adobe Photoshop in conjunction with CorelDraw. Corel Photopaint has its own program but I like Adobe better. And I like better CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator have that too. Make your own artwork, scan it in adobe, manipulate as you want to export to Corel add text, the text of Corel is much better, sharper, easier to manipulate than what is in Adobe. I'm self-taught, so but I have a friend who has a degree in graphic design and uses the same combination that I do. I think I'm in something. Sounds like a really fun project, I wish them well.
