How to set this crib?

my sister gave us a beautiful crib that her daughter had used. is a 2-in-1 crib / Toddler Bed. I'm not sure if you have all the pieces, because we can not understand how to set the springs that are within the framework of the crib. We have both headboards and two side tables and then in each of the headers is a roller and casing pitcher, but we have no party will roll into it (the casing of the washing machine is like the kind in a box kitchen), we have the springs and mattress. now how do make it work, what are we missing?! We can get parts in a place like Wal-Mart for cheap?
