The wireless router interferes with baby monitors?
Ok so I am not computer expert so please bear with me ... Yesterday we went from a modem connection to our high-speed Internet, use of a wireless router. We have two children at home and monitor children's use to their rooms, and since installing the router that we are receiving tons of high static / interference on the baby monitors, we tried to change channels, but nothing works. I asked the vendor to put a filter on the modem, but said it is not feasible. This is probably not the most common problem there, but we wonder if anyone has any suggestions that might help? (besides switching back to cable modem) - thanks!
Hello, and yes, it is possible that these two devices are interfering with others. If the router has this feature (or the baby monitor), try changing the frequency. If not, try moving the devices as far each other. Hope this helps. Best answer please!
