Nursery Bedding Sets

Do you change your nursery bedding?

I'm starting to look at nursery bedding and very curious as to if you only wash the stuff or if you have 2 or 3 different sets all together and then change them when you want something new.

By the bedding I'm talking about the bumper, sheets, blanket, lamp shade, diaper stacker and etc. to me it would be spending alot more money, but I didnt know what you do.

You do have to wash the sheets and blanket. Bumpers should not be used, but if you're going to... then yes, they need to be washed as well.
I'm going to have two blankets and wash them. I'll have at least four sheets. You never know when your baby will have an accident or a spit up, etc. So when the sheets need to be changed, you still can... and then you can wash the other sheets.
The lamp shade, diaper stacker, etc. Won't have to be washed regularly... maybe three or four times per year.

EDIT: As for what the above person said, I'm buying a Crib that will be used as a toddler bed and a day bed, so the bedding will all fit until the bed changes into a full bed. So since a toddler WILL care somewhat about the bedding, and they're allowed to use blankets, etc.

Things for a new baby are hard to resist for they are simply adorable and cute.
