Baby nursery color I need help please?

I need a good combination of colors of the baby. I do not like roses., But I like lavender pink and black, pink and brown chocolate. just generally purple. but I have been given free rein to decorate a nursery by a close friend of color and its taste is like mine. nothing frilly and girly but obviously a girls room. a little help? thanks!
