Need help decorate bedroom?

I decorate my room for a kind of tropical theme, Beachy. I am very clear bamboo floors, walls beige, like the color of sand. I'm also new curtains for what that is? I'm thinking, like the brown wood. Oh, and my room has a very large window overlooking the sea is why I wanted the beach theme. Thank you! (:
